چکیده
Background: Failure in achievement of predetermined growth genetically due to placental, fetal, maternal and several external variables is known as intrauterine restriction (IUGR). It accounts more developing countries. Materials methods: All the data patients were noted a pre-structured case proforma after taking informed consent. Study population was divided into 50 cases controls. Results: In IUGR lower segment caesarean section (LSCS) observed 64 % normal vaginal delivery 36 %. neonate’s distribution 42% males 58% females. IUGR, NICU admissions 40%, 10% stillbirth 50% without any morbidities. Conclusion: The observation our study reveals that female neonates incidence than males. outcome adverse with greater number stillbirth.

Comparison of Placental Morphology and Histopathology of Intrauterine Growth Restriction and Normal Infants
Background & Objective: Chronic non healing ulcers or scar undergoing malignant transformation is a rare phenomenon with an estimated incidence of 2%. Though, numerous predisposing factors have been identified, still it is rarely diagnosed and commonly mistaken for a benign condition. The objective of this study was to verify the efficacy of the Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology/ Scrape cytology ...
متن کاملCirculating microparticles: a marker of procoagulant state in normal pregnancy and pregnancy complicated by preeclampsia or intrauterine growth restriction.
In the present study, we explored the microparticles involved in the control of hemostatic equilibrium, i.e microparticles originating from platelet, endothelial cells and total MP defined as annexin V positive microparticles. Our aim was to analyze the level and procoagulant activity of these microparticles in normal pregnancy and pregnancies complicated with preeclampsia or isolated intrauter...
متن کاملCan HIV infection during pregnancy cause an intrauterine growth restriction?
Background Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) indicates the presence of a pathophysiological process occurring in utero that inhibits fetal growth. IUGR has been associated with increased perinatal and infant mortality. There are many maternal factors responsible for IUGR. Some studies have suggested that HIV infection could increase the risk of IUGR. Specifically, in IUGR, the baby’s estim...
متن کاملIntrauterine growth restriction and congenital malformations: a retrospective epidemiological study
BACKGROUND Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) and small for gestational age (SGA) birth have been considered possible indicators of the presence of malformations. The aim of this study is to evaluate such relationships in a population of newborns, along with other epidemiological and auxological parameters, in particular the ponderal index (PI). METHODS We analyzed the birth data of 1093 ...

Background: Intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) lead to abnormalities in fetal central nervous system, till hippocampal and cortical cells became apoptotic. The goal of this research is investigating the effects of Gallic acid on improvement of cognitive impairments and nuclear factor kappa B (NFƙB) in animal model of IUGR. Material and Methods: In this experimental study, 32 female rats fro...
